2 Pumpkins 1 Cup Video

This video is not Runescape pumpkin related, but it does have two pumpkins and one cup. As you can see, there are two players with their hands inside the pumpkins. There is also a cat if you can spot it in the background. Try to watch it without vomiting. I crave chocolate now.

Nintendo to announce "Nintendo DS Advance" on October 2, 2008

In my opinion: The upcoming Nintendo DS wants to have what cell-phones have had for like a decade. A camera... oooo, no way! :-P We've had camera phones for like 8 years now. Music player? C'mon. Even the PSP has awesome music player, and every phone on the market has this. The iPods, etc. they all play music. I'm not impressed. Sorry._____________________________NEWS:According to Nikkei Net, Nintendo will announce an advanced model of their monster product NDS. From the source, this new DS isn't seemed "called DS2" but enhanced model of current DS. The additional architectures of new DS could include Camera, Music Player, More powerful wireless communication.

Funorb got some new games but they all suck

It's not often that we bring you news about FunOrb, but we think a number of games really warrant your attention. Each of these are free to play and only a few clicks away.

The first game we'd like to tell you about was only released a few days ago: Pool. Like many of the recent FunOrb releases, Pool's focus is on the multiplayer and, even though it's only three days old, it's already attracted a large community of pool players. A number of game types are available, including nine-ball and eight-ball variants, all played out on a wide selection of outlandish pool tables. There's also a single-player Time Attack mode for those that want to practise their skills.

Our second game is proving to be the most popular FunOrb title since Arcanists, so we reckon fantasy-loving RuneScapers will really enjoy it. Dungeon Assault casts you in the role of a dragon with two simple aims: to protect your hoard by constructing an elaborate dungeon, and to send raiders out to steal from other dragons. You can fill your dungeon with legions of beasts, hidden traps and guardians, making it incredibly difficult for your opponents to get to your gold. Once your stash is safe, recruit some raiders and take on players' dungeons to steal their gold.

Fans of tower defence-style games may also be impressed by Orb Defence. This takes the basics of the genre and turns the dial up to 11, bringing wave after wave of relentless enemies, a kaleidoscopic neon look, and hours of addictive gameplay.

Similarly pretty is Pixelate. It has a brand of gameplay that we have never encountered before, so we can only encourage you to get to grips with its reaction-testing puzzles and psychedelic style.

We couldn't part without mentioning the addition of global highscores to FunOrb, so your gaming feats can be recognised by the entire community. If you can get to the top on any FunOrb game, then you're a better gamer than any of us!

We plan to update you about FunOrb games in the future, but only if we think you'll really appreciate them. Indeed, a FunOrb game is planned that is based on the RuneScape universe, which might be right up your alley. Keep your eyes and ears peeled...

Mechscape Help

Every now and then you need some Mechscape Help to get you going on the game. You get lost, or your friends won't help you. How else are you supposed to play Mechscape in peace? You can't even enjoy it if such problems come. You get your mechatron robot and you fly your vehicle after transforming it into space, and next thing you know, you're out of ammo. Mechscape isn't an easy game and things like these are common. So, you turn to a good guide website specializing on Mechscape.

Epic says Unreal Engine 4 coming within the next few years!

Video gaming technology just keeps getting better and better... one day it'll be all holograms!I'm sick and tired of waiting for new graphics to come out. Back in the 80's and 90's, every month the graphics got better, the gaming got better. Now, we're supposed to wait a "few years" (only! OMG!) for the next Unreal Engine. Why haven't they just made it a few months after the last one? At the rate ATI and nvidia punch out GPUs, we need better engines on a monthly basis. Graphics engines are very important in today's world, since every computer has at least five or six different games (or software) that require them. So, why has this industry lacked so much? I'm not happy about this at all.

Review: RunescapeTop Guide

RunescapeTop has been around for many years, but I've never bought their guide. I've bought a few $2 ones from eBay and to be honest, they were crap. My Runescape career has been slowing down, and I wish I could be rolling in more gp to be able to afford to have more fun. So I bought the Runescape Top guides (for only $15, c'mon) ... and now I'm thinking, "What was I doing for the past 3 years?" - Yep, I wasted my time for the last 3 years. I wish I had bought this guide 3 years ago!

You can wait, but the price will remain the same. You pay $15 today, you'll pay $15 next year. If you buy now, you'll know the secrets a year early!

Runescape Top money making guides.

Lexicominos is a game of luck

Ever since I got Member on Funorb, I've been trying out all the games. I haven't been too happy that I had to pay money for such semi-standard "meh" games, but whatever, too late now.

I tried out Lexicominos. At first, I thought, "Wow this game is for the quick witted". But then I soon realized that the game is russian roullete. There is no way to use strategy or wit. You just have to play tetris and hope the words give you points.

You think I'm lying? I thought I was. But then I played Lexicominos in the German language. (I do not know a word of German). And I got a highscore better than half of my English highscores! Yeah, it is a game of pure LUCK.

If you get lucky you make points, if not, no matter how smart you are, you just lose.

Crazy Crystals is Impossible after level 40

I got to Level 40 doing Crazy Crystal and I find that it is freakin impossible. I can't do it. It is too hard and I just can't be bothered. I'd rather play Arcanists or some other game on Funorb.

It's getting ridiculous how difficult some of the puzzles are. Jagex should have really thought this one through before force-feeding it to us via our throats.

Sony has lost over $3 billion on the PS3

Think you paid too much for your Playstation 3? Don't expect any sympathy from Sony.I'm glad I bought a PS3 instead of a computer. And I'm glad Sony lost money over it because that just means I get more bang for my buck. I get a fast computer, that Sony basically handed to me! (oh, and it plays games too!)

Funorb Arcanist Review

I played this game after there was some news about it on Runescape's main page. The game being updated or whatever. Anyways, so I logged in. Tons of games were going on, and I joined. The whole game is made to look very 7-year-old-ish. I seriously doubt Jagex is aiming for ages 13+ with these games as Arcanist is so colorful it appeals to probably kids that JUST started using a computer. But, don't let the colors fool you, it's quite hard to play and master. There are all these hidden keys that you need to know, and you shoot all these spells at your enemies in this destructible world. Imagine that tank game (where there's a map with two tanks, and you both try and kill each other by gauging the wind speed and fire-strength) on steroids. There is no wind, but there are like a billion spells of different types, and you can upgrade them too. So everybody was firing these rain of fire and rain of arrows spells at each other, and trying to eat away at their hitpoints, and that's when I realized that there are teams! So, the game (I think) automatically assigns teams if more than 2 people are playing. It's definitely not easy to get started in, perhaps that is why they have a tutorial mode for this game (which nobody really plays). You can even spawn little imps to do your biding. I'd recommend not playing it as it is quite boring and difficult to learn. But then again, you can try it if you want.

RuneHQ Runescape Website

What? The newest game on Funorb is called Escape Vector? Or is it called Hostile Spawn? I don't care. I just don't care. What I do care about is China. The earthquake in my home country (it's in Sichuan even though I'm in GongZhou, it's the same country) has destroyed dams and cities. And we as a country depend on our dams. Damn right we do. We have the most dams of any country in the world (and the most dams per capita!) Let's see somebody make a game about THAT.

Another thing that comes to mind when thinking about misery and death is the dying Runescape fansite RuneHQ. It was only a few weeks ago that we thought they had an upper hand that we realized that they just suck since they just copy other better sites like Runescape Help and tripper.

Indestructo Tank 2 should be on FunOrb

That game is seriously the most addictive thing on the internet. I got a top 10 highscore and a streak of 1200! I just kept going... and when the streak finally ended, I felt like doing it all over again and then some.

If you need something with poor graphics, simple gameplay - Indestructo tank is it ... and it's a perfect candidate for Funorb! Additionally, it is quick to get started in and fun for the whole family (if they like destroying helicopters and jumping into the air by exploding on bombs).

Funorb is my homeboy

No, it's not. In this blog entry, I won't even talk about Funorb. In fact, I'll be talking about t-shirts. I'm a t-shirt salesperson in real life, so it's best I talk about something I have experience with. Let me start off by saying that not all t-shirts are alike. Any t-shirt salesperson can tell you that. Most t-shirts are cotton and polyester and shrink after you wash them. They have stupid iron-on graphics that don't resemble Funorb or any games on that website, unless they were ordered by Jagex employees. The ones that I like are a semi-tight fit on a slim body with good hourglassish shape. I don't like sequin because it gets stuck and rips off. Also, I prefer high quality dyes rather than cheap iron-on graphics like the graphics in the java-based games on Funorb. Another thing is stretchyness. A good shirt needs to be very stretchy, but still must be 100% cotton. And yes, that's possible. In fact, I'm wearing such a shirt right now. It feels like I'm naked, but I'm not. It wasn't expensive either, only $4, cheaper than Funorb and Runescape's memberships. And this shirt will last me longer than a month too!

Funorb big disappointment

So, Funorb came out and it turned out to be just another Shockwave.com wannabe. One good thing is that the games are in Java. BUT, they are very basic and simple. And very few of them too. And check it out: Jagex is already charging for premium versions. Are you going to play? Not me! For now, I'm happy with Runescape.

I might check out WoW or that other new game, Age of Conan by Funcom. It promises to be more gory than other games, which is always a good thing.

No new news for funorb (yet)

Up until now, there hasn't been any new news. I'm constantly on the look-out for it though. Again, Funorb is supposed to be a gaming 'package' or portal. There's supposed to be many games within it. I guess we can expect something like Shockwave.com - and of course, since it's Jagex(JavaGamingExperts) that are doing it, we can expect the games to be made in Java.

Jagex has been hiring Java programmers, so, without a doubt, they're upto more Java games.
